its just 3rd fret of the low e string. and than play your g and b strings together in a D chord formation, 2nd fret g string, 3rd fret b string. play them together then pull off the 2nd fret to and open g string while still letting the other 3rd fret b ring too

unfourtunately, its a step down...and capos are meant to put in different, yet higher keys. you could do it on the 11th fret, i would suppose, but it'd be a whole octave higher and probably way harder to play...lol.

it sounds fine in standard tuning though so :)

your gonnna play a 3rd fret E string. than make a D chord, but only play the G and B. so it'd be 2nd fret G string and third fret B string. your first finger should be on that 2nd fret of the G string, so once you pluck both strings, pull off your index finger. so then it'll be an open G string while your ring finger is still on the 3rd fret

play your E string while holdin down the third fret, and then play your G and B string together, but you'll hold down the second fret of the G, and play your B on the third fret.. and then all you do is pull off your finger onthe second fret to an open G while you still have your ring finger on third fret of B
