i am thinking that when you see a round signature like that it is not coming from one of the haarp facilities throughout that world, rather is the local radar site where the signal is coming from. Yes the local radars are outfitted with the ability to transmit or flash this frequency locally to heat/change pressure in that specific location. dutch would say that 24-48 hours you will see that location as the center of a weather system filling the pressure void.

I agree something is building, my usual symptoms started yesterday, and what I see coming off the trees and the ground is quite interesting, very large energy plumes. can you look back at what you have and maybe figure out a pattern as to where the quakes happened after you have seen the wheels. there might be a connection to distance and intensity. i know an earthquake anywhere on the world can relieve pressure on the other side of the world. maybe the same with the wheels and location.

Good points, the idea came from DS. It would be total BS to predict quakes just from the anomalies (NOT anomolies), they happen all the time. Quakes HAVE NOT happened EVERY TIME, as has been suggested.

I am still unsure what these two could mean. I have since found that the outer rim ones dont apply to the events of over 7 magnitude. I will put annotations on that one with a brief explanation why. I've noticed these anomalies over the last couple of years on Australian radars
More often than not they seem to precede an unexpected change in weather patterns.
I've never thought to see if they tie in with global events such as earthquakes.

As the earth only receives one 8+ quake on average per year, chances are good that it won't be in the next two weeks. I'm also betting against an 8+ quake. With or without a wheel or YOUR 'feelings'.

I may be wrong, but I haven't heard WON say that the wheels or the signals that they indicate are the cause of quakes. What I understand him to be saying is that the wheel is just an indicator of a future quake somewhere. He can correct me if not.

@EQReporter No.. im saying its most likely an unintended consequence of the missile defense system that It really acts as.. as well as a worldwide instantaneous unable to interrupt or interfere with communications network.. also the ability to manipulate objects in near space and deep space.. the EQ and severe weather that hits is a side effect of the VLF cross modulating into UHF and then back down to VLF then back up the UHF as it bounces back and forth from conjugate points.

I agree something is building, my usual symptoms started yesterday, and what I see coming off the trees and the ground is quite interesting, very large energy plumes. However, it feels slightly different, maybe not just an earthquake, maybe large volcanic eruption, not sure, but definitely a large disruption in the force so to speak . @WEATHERORNUT : Just one question, it is assumed that HAARP signal comes from halfway around the world, after having bounced off the ionosphere, then come in obliquely to the ground and we would see something oval and not circular, seeing a perfect circle to believe that the signal is perpendicular and not oblique, is just above, or other interference is coming from the ground itself.

Yes quakes happen but its the shallow depth of the quakes thats unusual. Antenna that give off the frequencies also will accept those frequencies. I have a feeling that all of the magnetic effects of the passage of the solar system through space, these rings, showing up on the side of the earth in the facing the direction of motion through the galactic arm, could be outside energies grounding through the antenna. Wowzer! That's a doosey! Massive HAARP ring. No wonder we are seeing huge waves in the 'clouds'. If you look on the radar you can see the clouds go woosh and get swept out by the ray. from what I understand I guess some planes have been having some problems with lots of turbulence in that area but the weather patterns are fine and the planes have been acting weird..maybe it could be the magnetic frequency? See A.R.A Radar Wheel Anomaly 13th and 16th of may 2011. You speak of seeing wheels on May 9, 13 and 15. At that time you said the wheels would be followed within 10 days by at least a 6.2 quake. The page 2011 Significant Earthquake and News Headlines Archive shows NO 6.2+ quakes within 10 days after that.
Subsequently you have raised 6.2 to 7.0 and NOW to 8+.

Good points, the idea came from DS. It would be total BS to predict quakes just from the anomalies (NOT anomolies), they happen all the time. Quakes HAVE NOT happened EVERY TIME, as has been suggested.

I am still unsure what these two could mean. I have since found that the outer rim ones dont apply to the events of over 7 magnitude. I will put annotations on that one with a brief explanation why. It does look like an iris! Gaia's third eye chakra is in Iran. Iran is supposed to be one of the places that is due for a cracker of an earthquake. Probably drawing a long bow though :)
