@EyMeng This drum track isnt meant to be heard solo. Its meant to be heard with the rest of the music. This isnt a drum solo, its a drum track for a song. The drums sound fantastic when the rest of the instruments are mixed in.

David is in my opinion the best drummer for Pearl Jam. His hesitations are fantastic !! He had a push - pull tempo that was very much in the John Bohnam vain of playing. Sounds funny alone, but with the rest of the music mixed in its FANTASTIC!!

@sparkles67 Hey its cool, we can agree to disagree. I am talking about Krussen. He left the band due to his drinking. As far as his playing not being up to snuff, I couldnt disagree more. Dont think any of the other drummers were half as good for the band than him.

I dont claim to know it all but after being a recording engineer for 20+ years, I can tell what drummers are just great drummers and what drummers are great for the band they play in.

@marcusdolby1 respect. we make the same point, i loved watching abruzzese, and i think he and krusen were somewhat similar. i dont think cameron is a great fit though hes a great drummer, but i get what your saying. could never see portnoy or peart in that seat!!!! did they kick dave a. out cause he was too commercial, too rockstar??

@sparkles67 I think you are 100% right. Dave A had a work ethic that was motivated by working hard and recieving compansation for it. The other members of PJ just didnt see eye to eye with him on financial and job related ethics. Dave A worked hard and played hard.

Dave Krusen on the other hand had a bad drinking problem, and considers leaving the band one of the things that saved his life. BTW, have you seen the Buddy Rich tribute concert that Niel Peart plays in? You should check it out.

@FabianoMartins1 you can't separate drums from a mixed track with ANY software, it's completely impossible. He gets these from the separate tracks contained in the Rock Band game data for the song. It's only possible because the record company let Rock Band have the separate tracks from the multitrack master.
