TMy alleged crime was death threat to Waterhouse as I said “If they are going to kill me, I’m going to kill them too” when answering the Commission’s questioning on phone. Although I never spoke of anyone’s name, the judge convicted me on a “guessing” that I “meant” Waterhouse. It is a deprivation of my Constitutional immunity right against self-incrimination for government compelled testimonies and right to criminal law justice for I was convicted on no factual evidence but a guessing.
