hey had a question u look great by the way! do you do 23days and take a week off and do another 23days and you dont get immune to it?

@SkinnyWishes initially i did like 37 days and then took about a week off and did another round..I don't recommend this because I lost only like 8lbs on round 2. Now I'm currently taking the 6 weeks off they suggest before starting round 3.
