The font is called pen tool of stratzeh. You will never find it on the internet, because it doesn't exist. If you watch the video you could understand this. Stop asking for tuts, get some creativity and try it yourself. if stratz showed you all of his stuff you would copy everything he does, and he wouldn't be original. Understand or GTFO. Merging the layers is the stupidest thing I've seen on a tutorial. You can just right click on the Effects and choose "Create Layers".This basically creates seperate layers for all of your effects so you can edit them later if you need to.
