just a suggestion Crota....how ´bout cocasting with Day9 - i think that would be a great match! I like both of you even though you have such different styles....also, you should be at the big events...dreamhack, Mlg etc....
hell no. Remember Crota, if most people aren't saying it, most people don't agree. We're fine w/you casting alone. A co-caster can be fun occasionally like your wife (for cuteness) or xhydrax (for player backgrounds). I hate Day9. He pauses replays and cuts to his webcam so the SC match doesn't distract viewers from his rambling. He bullshitted with Idra about some imaginary scouting options for zerg he couldn't identify. Casting shouldn't be empty chatter; it's ok to be quite.

@kianyeap Born in the US, day care was from Taiwan so learned Mandarin. Parents are from Hong Kong, learned Cantonese, went to school, learned English... (maybe engrish if I'm tired and don't pronounce my l's) It does give me a unique accent though.

Have you ever LISTENED to some of the more famous sportscasters? Don't worry about criticizing posts, you will always have haters.. Your fans come for the games 1st.. and for you 2nd.. Lastly a co-host can work, but it's all about the chemistry. Ex.Try being a calm meticulous caster while your co-host is an 'ass' or states inaccurate facts..
everyone who likes starcraft should watch this game. this was one of the best performances I have ever seen from a protoss player, and the terran was pretty good as well. GREAT game crota, thanks so much for casting it.
@bladerzahn The one who gives up says GG then almost instantaniously leaves. The Opponent have no time to say GG back, even if they did it would be worthless since the opponent wouldn't see it.
After reading the comments, I know what I need to improve on. Having a cocaster is perhaps the next step as I don't feel I need to cover ALL the action at one time and can slow down. English is my primary language now but you are correct that it wasn't my first. I often use two words to put stress on words. "Whole Entire" "Quickly Rushing" and things like that. It will take me time to adjust. One of the reasons why I did this was to improve on my speaking as well. Thanks everyone.

On the praise side, I envy your accent/pronunciation. Its is really good. Most people wont notice that you not originally US. So great job on getting this far. I think for a fact that your casts are far better than HDstarcraft, who has been in the US all his life.
@oalex100 Well the problem is that I have been in the US all my life. I learned Mandarin first, then Cantonese and then finally English. I've forgotten most of my Mandarin and some of my Cantonese so English is my primary language and the language I learned in school as well. I focused on Math and Science in school and my English suffered for it...
@BlizShouter English isn't your first language? I feel slow. Also, the way you talk sometimes is what makes you a unique caster. "This whole entire army just got destroyed by XXXX" sounds a lot better than "XXXX just lost all of his units", but maybe that's just me.

@BlizShouter i think AdebisiStarcraft is good caster who might fit well with you. Again, you are great caster, pehaps some people do not like your voice. Thus, dont worry about whether your voicing or grammer not appropriate, keep working, listening

i just ate an entire deep dish pizza (2 and half pounds) without even realizing it until i reached for another slice that wasn't there. this game was DEEP!
@scoza uhh Huk outplayed MVP.. he killed a ton of scvs early and denied the natural, his void ray switch did more damage to scvs, and then he took his league into the late game by always being up in upgrades.. this game is balanced. you win by killing economy, and at the end of the game it was 70 probes to 36 scvs.. huks probes werent touched all game. thats how u win
This made my day, awesome seeing Carriers used in a pro game. I'm new to SC, and was sorely disappointed seeing the lack of Carriers despite how awesome they are (imo), until now.

I have a feeling that its not Crotas mother tongue either. Completely understandable. That is why I say slowing down might help him.
Let me try to explain:
"... is slowly, slowly making its way to...." in some languages that is fine but in English its better to say
"... very slowly..." or " very very slowly...".
Hope you get my point.
Crota uses the former (bad example) a lot in his cast.
I am almost 100% that he brings that from whatever his original language is.

@scoza uhh Huk outplayed MVP.. he killed a ton of scvs early and denied the natural, his void ray switch did more damage to scvs, and then he took his league into the late game by always being up in upgrades.. this game is balanced. you win by killing economy, and at the end of the game it was 70 probes to 36 scvs.. huks probes werent touched all game. thats how u win

Besides a phoenix, we didnt see a mothership :P.. but this was definitely the best game i have seen yet!.. long, and lots of macro with large armies

This made my day, awesome seeing Carriers used in a pro game. I'm new to SC, and was sorely disappointed seeing the lack of Carriers despite how awesome they are (imo), until now.
