I guess he doesnt sit around figuring out ways to keep people in poverty, or how to beat them out of property, put pressure on them at a job so that they will quit so he is not responsible. Also make them work 31 hours a week which is not Fulltime that way he doesnt have to pay for insurance. Landlords who do not like to WRITE reciepts when you pay your rent, but will be first to evict you if they loose your payment. A lot of thieving landlords in this country too.
