  • so glad to see you are still training, and training sensibly, nice to see that your foundations are coming along, just keep working at the strength.

    On the climb ups, try and get your chest further over the top of the wall. Can you do it one arm then the other? If not, work on that first,making sure you can do it both arms one at a time, then work onto the double arm climb up...keep it up man and work on the strength training.

  • Nice youve really improved over the months! i think the reason (if) you had problems with the muscle ups on the walls is i find it easier to aprooach them at speed just a tip
