  • How do you remove the gearbox from the reciever? I cant get it out, as there is a part sticking out the side for the selector that I cant remove. Do you know how to remove this piece?

  • Its probably ur shit ammo use golden ball

  • @Iamthegodofwar2525 in what way is it probably his ammo? hes not even using it in his gun, not even firing anything? idiot...

  • wargame played i have just put a element max speed motor in my vfc ak74 and iam getting the same problem with the motor moving itself out of the adjument i put i hold the trigger for ten seconds of isane rof and the motor just moves up and jams have you found a fix yet or could you please help me many thanks

  • Sounded ike your motor lost contact with your gear. Try a motor height adjustment :)

  • lol let me guess motor height went down all the way cause of vibration? =D

  • Yeah its a motor issue, check your pinion and bevel gears for wear.

  • LOL, i found the problem.. holding the trigger for long screwed your shit up good job!

  • oh if this gearbox has cm02 on the side, replace the air nozzle immediately it will stop any misfeeds when you do

  • yeah try a new pinion gear or check the motor's bearing or bushing hasnt worn away or bearings broken, this is a common problem with a high speed set up, motor bushings going after only a few thousand rounds. another thing to check is under the motor should be a little spacer kind of small solid washer, if this isnt there when the motor is on it goes up and down eventually skipping a tooth on the pinion causing it to do this. check this first as its the simplest fix

  • I think it is definitely the pinion gear not lining up correctly with the piston teeth, and every time you pull the trigger the gear just grinds down the piston teeth.

  • lol i thought i got a message at 0:10

  • lol ^^

  • check your piston it might be coming off its side railing and missing the gears making the wining sound

  • pinion gear.

  • What upgrades did you put in the gearbox other than the guarder motor?

  • motor is loose

  • Ya I think it is the pinion gear because you are creating so much friction with that speed that it comes loose.

  • Guessing pinion gear stripped.

  • OH MY GOD! O.O

  • lol I have the same keyboard! :)

  • i think ur pinion gear got loose and didnt spin, but ur motor kept goin...just a guess

  • dude that was WAY to fast of a ROF for a frikken CYMA

  • No, that's clearly a v3 gearbox.

  • oh sorry my mistake thats what happens when im up to late...lol

  • Uh dude that is a v3 gearbox cause its not a version 2 because a v2 gearbox doesn't have the motor connected to the gearbox itself and the back of the gearbox where the piston is protudes so it is a version 3 gearbox. But you are right its not a v3 gearbox its a fail box haha

  • also another thing that happens to chinasoft guns with moto upgrades is the past tooth on the piston snaps off causing a similar effect.

theres a few lessons to learn hear 1) dont buy cheap crap, 2) dont buy cheap crap and try and make it better

  • couldnt agree more.. so many ppl i know, buy big name guns for way more than they should pay.. start taking it apart and putting w.e sounds good in.. next thing you know.. they have a 5-6 hundred dollar show gun and thats it!.. these are toys.. so either buy what u want from the start.. or dont expect it to last forever ;)

    cheers

  • Well... you have an upgraded motor with what I can only assume is an upgraded battery inside a NOT upgraded CYMA gearbox. 2+2= bad gearbox parts, just not designed for a better motor :(

  • I orderd that mortor and its comming this week. I im also upgrading the same gearbox with deep fire tune kit. Its made for maru ak-47 (version 3 gearbox) do you think that it will fit in a cyma gearbox?

  • Looks like bad shimming and impropper motor alignment to me. It causes that effect at high ROF.

  • Just another question,

I notaced that you guys always change the wireing on gearboxes. What brand of wireing is that on this gearbox?

    Please reply and thanks!

  • Sounds like DreamWork~ I used another silver wiring but wrong length to fit. However, Dreamwork has very bad contact with the head. You should plug out the wire and make it strong to catch the electric head and motor head

  • It doesnt suck. He clearly said that the Pinon gear on the motor came loose. Thats the noise of the motor turning but not the gearbox.

  • well isnt cyma just great. lol

  • Oh wow! Could you tell me the set up? Is that a Guarder Infinate torqe up motor? (I am getting onw very soon)

Uh, is souns like something stripped. Maybe its your bevel gear? Or, your pinon gear?

    Thanks

  • yea its the guarder motor

  • YEAH~~ it really economy and can provide a reasonable result of it ^^

  • if set up infinite torque up motor, it really should custom something and will have a great damage without this action. I stripped it, but everything is ok. After 2 days check up, I think the screw of motor cannot support the high power and loss the correct position.

  • Oh, so you mean the pinon gear is what failed?

This is very good to know because I want to use this motor on my Galaxy Mp5k PDW. The power isnt that high so the chance of the same thing that happen to this gearbox is very high.
