Usually people parody something if it is unique. This eroge opening is so cliched that it became unique and parody-able. Now every anime with a harem has a fan-made parody of this.

Yeah, but any Asian language is insanely hard, since we're not used to their grammar, characters, pronunciation, etc.
And to think Japanese is the easiest out of those (in Chinese, you have to memorize thousands of characters, then out of those there are many variations in pronunciation and definition).
@astroview120mm After 4 years of Japanese, 2 years of Spanish, a year of French and some Arabic, Latin and German splashed in here and there; I can definitely say that Japanese was, by far, easier than the others.

I guess a lot of people like Jap dub more than US dub because most of the time, Jap dub sounds beter. There's only certain times where the Eng dub surpasses Jap dub. Like Final Fantasy Advent Children and Rurouni Kenshin, the english dub is insanely awesome.
Sorry to disapoint you but this is actually a Japanse dating sim (characters play either a girl or a boy and try to ''score with one of the players in the game, which in this case, you play as a guy) H-Game (an H-game refers to a game with adult content such as nudity and/or sexuality).Btw, I dont play the game, just kinda researched it ^^l.
