The heroic soviet enslaved & oppressed Eastern Europe for a further 45yrs after the end of WWII. Ur front line soldiers were murderers, convicts & rapists, no discipline, very little training & poor equipment. Stalin used them as canon fodder because he & his officers were tactically inept.

Great & patriotic you were allied to the Nazi scum, you made it a world war. That murderer Stalin cried for British help before America even entered the war. Our sailors died bringing u supplies. Russia lost so many soldiers because they were ill equiped peasants & Stalin had murdered all his Officers years before. Ur history is even more of a disgrace than ours... brainwashed... Didn't exist...??!... what do they teach u in ur schools. Hitler & Stalin were allies at the start of WWII, fact. Once the Nazis turned East, then Stalin wanted to be part of the Western alliance. Stalin is as guilty of mass murder as Hitler & should have been hung, very slowly.

I have respect & honour for those who fought & died for their motherland (in this case, Russia) But considering half of the red army were civilians FORCED to fight under Soviet pretences....I have no respect for the Red Army itself. & thats all the majority of this is, Glorification of the Red Army & the Soviet Order.

Had Hitler NOT ordered the sneak attack against the USSR, it is highly unlikely there would ever have been a memorial to all the Russians who fell defending their land from Nazism.

Before waxing too poetic over the USSR's victory: the Hitler-Stalin-Pact of 1939 (also known as the Nazi-Soviet Nonaggression Treaty) included a secret protocol in which the independent countries of Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Romania were divided into "spheres of interest". Subsequently all these countries were invaded and ceded to either the Soviet Union or Germany.
Only AFTER Hitler's surprise attack did Stalin declare war.

Have you no honor and respect to thoes who have fought in The Great Patiotic War? Armed with antiques, the red army destroyed the Nazi scumbags without help from cowerdly America or the political prostitue England. real help most of the things we Russians recieved were useless. We basically won the war alone the western allies could have done MUCH more but they did not. We took 30,000,000 casulties how many Americans died? about 326,000 I think the figures speak for themselves
