I emailed the other party and she had saved all the emails from FedEx claims, and forwarded them to me. Bidz still say it was all my fault and have kept my money.
They are just common thieves. Don't buy off them.
The jewellery is poor quality too, some fell apart after months and a lot was damaged on arrival, and some was even factory seconds. It wasn't worth sending it back from here, so I was really ripped off.

If you are a customer outside the US and do not have access to the US legal system, they have no qualms whatsoever about stealing off you. I had duty to pay on a shipment and they gave FedEx wrong information, someone else's email addy and phone number, and n another country too FFS!
They refunded me LESS a huge restocking fee because they said I refused to accept the package. FedEx gave me the data that was given to them by bidz so I can prove it.

And I brought Mr. Moss in who was intending to invest over 5million with worldtransfers and I was wrongully terminated and lied to by this man. He treats his employees with no respect.
