Wait with your eyes closed until you feel a tingling sensation come and go, after that you open your eyes and you'll be conscious in your dreams. Then when you wake up your brain has trouble telling your Pineal gland to turn off so it just keeps making DMT while your awake.

@TheLonelyGamer24 You want to be very careful, like I said, hallucinations during the day are very common. Though my friend has found a way to stop them but he hasn't told me yet. Also he said that they get more severe if you try to do something like altering the physics of the dream world (slowing down time, making gravity go up, ect...). Plus nightmares are far far more intense, my friend actually thought he was going to die the first time it happened to him.

@Thatguywiththelaptop i truly believe that, first time i did a activation thing i did to much and ended up having a pretty wierd nightmare about some wierd ass guy following me and it was very real. not really scary but like said "intense" i also had a dream where i was stuck in a dark ocean place that looked like nowhere, it felt just like real day life and remember waking up felling the dream was way more real. but i think its a pretty good feeling
