Because of my past Experience with Family law's Divorce/custody I will never get married again, and I did surgery and that I will never have any babies until the Family law's change.

He is likely a huge liar and someone who denied having so many kids when he first gets with a woman. He most likely also preys on/dates women who have lower self-esteem or who already have children and falsely believe that he will be a good man because he is nice to the children the women already have or his other kids. To have as many kids as he does and have never been married to any of the women means that there is a huge problem with him and the women.
