I think they knew the bracelet would be found so then they could have all this publicity and Casey looks like she cares. Manipulative nonsense.

Personally, I think Cindy figured they wouldn't even find the braclet. First I thought Baez bought the clothes for Casey but now it is being reported that Cindy gave Baez the clothes. So this is another "Cindyisum".
