Great bodyweight workout. I know this is kind of off the subject - but what camera do you use?? :)

@WellnessMafia Hey, Thanks. At the minute we're just using the Flip HD.  It was relatively inexpensive and was good to start off with. But think an upgrade is needed, because, it's hard to get all of me in the picture from up close.

@Kitty8Tim WHAT??? My cams about £400 quid and full HD but your picture looks better than mine with just a flip! Ive been robbed! hehe
