@theicanc The death penalty is wrong. If someone wants the person who killed or raped someone in their family they should do it themselves. It's wrong to have people who have nothing to do with the crime decide weather a person gets to live or die. If you don't want them in jail then just kill them. If someone rapes another person, the rapist shouldn't die. Their victim survived thus they did not take a life and so they shouldn't have to forfit theirs.

I've heard that too. Most of the time the rapist gets away because the woman is afraid of coming out and dealing with it, or she is afraid that he will not get convicted or will attempt to harm her again for telling. Its so important that we get the word of statistics out there. This is a fear that I and many many other women have in our hearts and hope that it won't ever happen to us or anyone we know and love. Thanks for spreading the word. The word can't be spread enough.
