When you use Sony Vegas, how do you sve the file so Youtube can take it? When i click ''save as'' it save as something youtube can't take?

Hey Thank you! I used a video editing program called Sony Vegas. And this is one of the effects you can do. It's a little confusing though. It took me like 3 hours :\
