Great haul, Brenda! You mentioned a liquid vitamin that you put in the smoothie. Can you tell me the name of it and where you get it... I have been looking for a good liquid vitamin.

I thought the brown rice bread was Energy brand. What is the one you have there?? I bought it at Fred Meyer like she said. It is still a good one. Those strawberrries are making my mouth water!!! Great haul!!! What was the book you talked about the week before I was over there. It was a book that shared what is in foods... the chemical equivalents?? Where did you get the bacon? Trader Jos or Costco? brand? maybe i could find it at Yokes.

I think the bread you got is correct but, this is the trader joes brand.

The Turkey bacon is also from Trader Joes.. THose Strawberries are yummy!!
