Try the park near the golf course on Hamilton Rd just south of Gahanna near the airport. Catch a big one.

In the area where I'm at we don't have walleye. We do have sauger and saugeye. I land a fish Ohio award size saugeye in one of the shows coming in the new year.

I like below the spillway. Hoover is considered a pretty good smallmouth lake though. Just depends on how you like to fish.

I've been working a lot lately. I just started to get back into fishing tournaments. The stripers are coming in, just waiting for the weather to cool down. Hows the fishing show going? Are you hitting new spots? Is your fishing done down that way yet?

Work has ruined many many fishing trips. We all can agree on that. I still bet you'll find a way to get out long enough to catch some stripers when they come in. I hope you make a great video of it.

The fishing is starting to wind down in my area and that will give me lots of time to edit the mountain of footage that I have for this year. I caught the biggest crappie and one of the biggest largemouth in the history of the show this season Its all on film just waiting to be edited.
