Channel 4 has always been biased. Then decide what cause this disaster.In my knowledge the respondents are Tamil & Sinhala politicians, India(who supported early for the LTTE trainings but they refused them after killing Rajive) The Europian countries who like to see problem w=arises with other 3rd world countries and local (may be international media) as they have tastefull stories to sell.

Channel 4 has always been biased. LTTE was a terrorist group who wanted to divide this island and they are the once who withdrew from peace talks unconditionally, during the war we found out they just used the peace period just to procure arms and continuesly made intentions of going to war...Its really sad a lot of ppl had to die but tell me a war which havent caused innocent deaths? govt didnt have a choice other than to go for a full swing war

It is strange how when there was finally a glimmer of hope to an end of war when the Sri Lankan military was executing the war to its bitter end, those International figures who had never suffered the atrocities of the LTTE suddenly wanted the government military forces to lay down arms and let the LTTE build itself once again.

Sri Lanka even had to fight LTTE Terrorists on the ground and the influential Tamil Diaspora supported by the west outside the war ground i.e. International Community despite the constant threats by the west to Sri Lankan Government to stop the military operations against LTTE.
Now after more than 30 years; people in Sri Lanka now live a normal peaceful life which they did once.

Who can ever forget the massacre happened in 2006 when they killed hundreds of innocent Sinhalese including Women, kids and infants during Ceasefire Agreement and train bombings resulted in hundreds of civilian deaths and Central Bank bombing, one of the lethal attacks killed more than hundred people and injured more than 2000 some lost their eye sight for ever. I find it absolutely appalling that the global media hasn't aired one segment on national t.v. about this horror taking place. Had my best friend not brought this to my attention his being a Tamil from Sri Lanka I would still be in the dark as to these murders taking place. My heart goes out to all those who've lost their loved ones in Sri Lanka, this MUST be addressed internationally and nationally immediately.....another prime example of what they want us to know and what they don't. b.s.

I'm not Sri Lankan but from what I've understood this show is BIASED. The crimes were absolutely awful and under no circumstances can they be justified in any way. But THE WAR EFFECTED BOTH TAMILS AND SINGHALESE CIVILIANS. The show blames the Singhalese people in general as if they didn't suffer at all. Tamil tigers retaliated in equally terrible inhumane ways! They were BOTH WRONG. I've spoken to people from both communities and this is my current opinion.
