lets make some corrections, while the only 2g neon offered with a DOHC is the 03-05' SRT4....Chrysler did offer for export a 2.0L DOHC in the PT Cruiser which shares the PL platform with the Neon. Having said that and after watching this video i can say that the engine in use on that car is a 2.0L DOHC with some aggressive cams, port work and high compression...yes its NA. What i really want to know is where do i get that transmission?

This is not a Street Car, is a Full Racing Touring Car. There is a reason why the Category is called "TC 2000", which is Turismo Competicion 2000 for the 2000cc engines. The geabox is a full sequencial 6 gear Hewland.

95 too 99 wash dohc 2000 to 2002 was sohc then they came out with the dohc srt neon or just srt in 03

You paid $30,000 for the engine? Good lord man..I know people that have made nearly that much power N/A out of Neon 2.0L's for less that $10,000.

You say it's not a street engine, but you still probably started out with OEM equipment and built it right?

@edratliff theres a big difference between a race tuned engine and a engine someone just threw some bolt ons onto. this car is a beast

if i had the money i'd have my 2.0 SOHC race tuned. alot more work than you'd think goes into that
