i am a dio fan all the way, i really don't care for joe that much, but i will say this is one of rainbows best songs ever, quite a different style than dio, a great song, and video

@mawrick77, Are you kidding? Ritchie WAS Rainbow my friend. His melodic guitar playing was awesome. Joe Lynn Turner has a fabulous voice too and as good as Ronnie James Dio was, this is definitely better with Joe Lynn Turner at the mic, IMHO.

Changing musical taste and direction has not much to do with it I think. Lot's of videos you see him play with a face that says he wished he was somewhere else. (could be his concentration of course, but I doubt that) lol

It’s a well-known fact that at the end of the Ronnie’s Rainbow outfit, Ritchie wanted to change the music direction into a more commercial, popular, accessible one. Ronnie rejected that idea and left the group.

It was a very disappointing reality for the fans of the best Rainbow outfit ever.

I liked the periods with Graham Bonnet (from Michael Schenker Group) and Joe Lynn Turner just as much.Funny thing is you call it Ronnie´s Rainbow, while to me it is only known as Blackmore´s Rainbow.At the inside of the CD is a funny little story saying R´bows turbulent life spanned just under 9 years and Blackmore provided the only constancy next to 17 other musicians like 3 singers, 4 drummers, 5 keyboardplayers and 5 bassplayers lol.
