Wow, I went through so many emotions watching this video! She was so adorable and very smart. I'm sorry for your loss. I liked what you said at the very end about being lucky to share her life with her. That was a very kind thing to say. You did a great job with her, you should be proud you gave her a fantastic life. I just saw the videos of Shebang tonight while looking at another link. The minute I saw this one titled "In Memory of Shebang" my heart sank. I am so heartsick for you and am crying as I write this. She truly was an awesome, gorgeous and wonderful friend. I do know how you felt having had dogs all my life and losing some of them so suddenly. I rescued a blue heeler two years ago and starting agility training. I hope she can be half as good as your beloved Shebang. I grieve with you.
What an absolutely beautiful dog. Shebang was clearly an amazing animal and a very dear friend to you. I am so sorry for your loss, but I know you can rest assured that her life here on earth was full of fun, adventure, triumphs, and most of all, Love =) Losing a pet is never easy, especially when they take a very part of us with them, but I have no doubt Shebang is still with you in everything you do. Shebang was such a talented dog! I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my little dog Sydney, a pound puppy that was part border collie, a little over six months ago. She fell ill all of a sudden and passed away from cancer. She was my very first dog after spending my childhood not being able to have a dog. I watch your videos and just marvel at your connection with Shebang. She was, and still is, an amazing dog. I am sure that she is showing my little Sydney a trick or two now in heaven. Thank you
She is such an inspiring dog and you can tell that she has her own personality. Dogs aren't just pets, they stick to you and are a part of your family. Its sad that I only found out about her this year, but I'm sure she was an amazing dog to own. She is defiantly a one of a kind dog. I still have my best friend, he's a beautiful samoyed. Dear Clickertrickdog, Shebang is my inspiration.When I watch this video I feel like everything can be acheived.I've been wanting a Border Collie for awhile now and Shebang really made me want one 10x more.Although no dog will ever be like Shebang.I'm very sorry for your loss and I can't wait to meet her when i get were I'm going.You took so much time and effort and that shows why Border collies are the smartest dog in the world.She was truly amazing! -Lexy-

I realize it's a couple of years since you posted this, however, I have a Border Collie also, Joey, that is very smart and only wish I knew how train him better. He only a couple of videos posted on YouTube only cause I never thought about capturing him on video. Anyway has he is not just my pet, he is a well loved part of my family. Watching your video I completely sympathize with your loss and can only offer my condolences. God bless the little trickster and may she R.I.P.
awesome dog, I am so sorry. Last year my dog was having a problem, took him to the vet thinking it would be something simple. 3 weeks later I was trying to grasp the fact that I had to put him down
What an incredibly talented and loving friend you had. I'm so sorry you lost your best friend. I can't sympathize as I've only had one dog in my 42 years and she is still with me thankfully. Such a wonderful video you put together, thank you so much for sharing a bit of Shebang with us!
i'm in tears so much sadness. I feel your pain I used to have a border collie, bonnie and sadly at the age of ten she had a lump in her stomach and found out there was a irregular tumar growing on her and it was to late to react the only option was to end its pain. She was my best friend i have brittle bone disease and the dog was my best friend because when i broken my bones and i was home schooled she'd help my mum cope with my codition etc. Shebang looked like one hell of a dog R.I.P Shebang

I lost my golden, best friend of 14 1/2 years to pancreatic cancer back in 2005.it is a devastating cancer in dogs. letting her go was the absolute hardes thing I had ever had to do in my life. she was my best friend and a played a major role in making me the person I am today. i now have a rott/ cattle dog mix, and SHE is the love of my life. i can't look at shebang, or read your story without bawling, putting myself in your shoes. god bless you, and than you for all the videos of your girl.
Shebang was beautiful. My favorite thing about her videos is the joy in her eyes when you two were practicing tricks and performing. She lived her life doing what she loved that's for sure. This video brought tears to my eyes. God bless Shebang and I'm so sorry for your loss.

@clickertrickdog well im feeling you i had to put down a collie named cora 16 years old and a small blacklab mix of 15 years a few months ago feb and march...i put down my border collie named roscoe in 06 he was tore up with lung cancer after 10 years..each one of them was my child and it was the hardest thing ive had to do..each one is their own person and has a soul of their own ..and can never be replaced
I have just cried my eyes out, This is one amazing dog and i couldnt imagine how it would feel, i dont know what i would do if i lost my boxer. Shabang is very inspiring and id now love to have a BC. You are an amazing dog trainer and should be proud you gave her the best possible life, i bet she loved you more than anything.

I am sad to see your dog has died. Our dog looks almost the same, except one ear flops down. This breed is so eager to please their people. Although many describe them as "very smart" and this is true... I think the best way to describe them is loyal.

I am touched by your video and dedication to your dog. Let me tell you I have watched all of your videos and every one makes me so happy and brightens up my day. My dog Kira looks almost exactly like Shebang. Kira is well I don't know how else to say it but she is the "relacement" dog for my passed on Germanshepard, Black Lab, Huskie mix. Her name was pepper. I rescued her from our local animal shelter. Sadly 4 years l8tr she died of the same cancer your dog did.

This movie made my cry. I'm sorry that you lost her. I know what it's like to lose your best friend to cancer. My mother and I lost our 12 year old cat, Boo-Boo, to pancreatic cancer as well. My mom was completely devastated and I was crushed. I hope that you will be able to find another friend like Shebang. I know that you'll never be able to replace her, but at least you wouldn't be alone.

Savvy came to live with me two weeks after I lost Shebang. And now I also have Clever....Clever is 7 months old now and is so much like Shebang I could believe she is her reincarnation. I know She Bang passed sometime ago, but I came across your video, this morning. She was awesome. I to lost "One of my boys" to Pancreatic cancer on 12th July. Bobbee was a Chi X who I saved from death row. His early life was horrific with 65 cigarette burns and thrown from a car sustaining broken rib. He was due to be put down, but we saved him and worked with him to teach him that not all humans are bad. We loved him so much. Thanks for sharing Shebang with us all~Love & Light

I constantly see in the news letters about recent articles and stories of something to do with violence and aggression, and it's always something like a pit bull or a rottweiler or a staffy. On of my best friends has a staffordshire bull terrier (sorry if I get the breed name wrong) and Charlie is honestly one of the sweetest dogs I've ever seen. Every single time, he's come to greet me at the front door, even when I was a stranger to him.

Charlie was once so scared of fireworks while everyone was out of the house that he almost clawed through the front door in just under an hour...

She is such an inspiring dog and you can tell that she has her own personality. Dogs aren't just pets, they stick to you and are a part of your family. Its sad that I only found out about her this year, but I'm sure she was an amazing dog to own. She is defiantly a one of a kind dog. I still have my best friend, he's a beautiful samoyed. I'm glad that her passing was painfree. I'm sure it was hard for you to get over her passing, but she's in a good place and I'm sure she's waiting for you there

I realize it's a couple of years since you posted this, however, I have a Border Collie also, Joey, that is very smart and only wish I knew how train him better. He only a couple of videos posted on YouTube only cause I never thought about capturing him on video. Anyway has he is not just my pet, he is a well loved part of my family. Watching your video I completely sympathize with your loss and can only offer my condolences. God bless the little trickster and may she R.I.P.

i'm in tears so much sadness. I feel your pain I used to have a border collie, bonnie and sadly at the age of ten she had a lump in her stomach and found out there was a irregular tumar growing on her and it was to late to react the only option was to end its pain. She was my best friend i have brittle bone disease and the dog was my best friend because when i broken my bones and i was home schooled she'd help my mum cope with my codition etc. Shebang looked like one hell of a dog R.I.P Shebang

I lost my golden, best friend of 14 1/2 years to pancreatic cancer back in 2005.it is a devastating cancer in dogs. letting her go was the absolute hardes thing I had ever had to do in my life. she was my best friend and a played a major role in making me the person I am today. i now have a rott/ cattle dog mix, and SHE is the love of my life. i can't look at shebang, or read your story without bawling, putting myself in your shoes. god bless you, and than you for all the videos of your girl.

Shebang was beautiful. My favorite thing about her videos is the joy in her eyes when you two were practicing tricks and performing. She lived her life doing what she loved that's for sure. This video brought tears to my eyes. God bless Shebang and I'm so sorry for your loss.

I have just cried my eyes out, This is one amazing dog and i couldnt imagine how it would feel, i dont know what i would do if i lost my boxer. Shabang is very inspiring and id now love to have a BC. I am sad to see your dog has died. Our dog looks almost the same, except one ear flops down. This breed is so eager to please their people. Although many describe them as "very smart" and this is true... I think the best way to describe them is loyal.

We cannot even begin to tell you how touched we were by your video. We watch it every few months and no matter what the tears start rolling. We are so sorry for your loss. I am sure the void is still there and will never disappear. Your videos of Shebang are what inspired us to get our first BC. I am touched by your video and dedication to your dog. Let me tell you I have watched all of your videos and every one makes me so happy and brightens up my day. My dog Kira looks almost exactly like Shebang. Kira is well I don't know how else to say it but she is the "relacement" dog for my passed on Germanshepard, Black Lab, Huskie mix. Her name was pepper. I rescued her from our local animal shelter. Sadly 4 years l8tr she died of the same cancer your dog did.

This movie made my cry. I'm sorry that you lost her. I know what it's like to lose your best friend to cancer. My mother and I lost our 12 year old cat, Boo-Boo, to pancreatic cancer as well. My mom was completely devastated and I was crushed. I hope that you will be able to find another friend like Shebang. I know that you'll never be able to replace her, but at least you wouldn't be alone.

Oh wow....what a gorgeous pup, I'm so so sorry... wow... you two were so lucky to have eachother that fact that her life was cut short and suddenly unexpected is so unfair, but she looked so happy!!! I laughed my butt off watching her push that little lawn mower... So stinkin cute!!!! :) Thank u for sharing, I too cried the entire time (except when I lol'd) big hugs to u. As she was the dog of a lifetime, I'd say u were a pretty awesome puppy parent/owner :) Gorgeous.. i hope r well. Take care

I know She Bang passed sometime ago, but I came across your video, this morning. She was awesome. I to lost "One of my boys" to Pancreatic cancer on 12th July. Bobbee was a Chi X who I saved from death row. His early life was horrific with 65 cigarette burns and thrown from a car sustaining broken rib. He was due to be put down, but we saved him and worked with him to teach him that not all humans are bad. We loved him so much. Thanks for sharing Shebang with us all~Love & Light

I am so sorry for your loss. I too am a diehard Border Collie fan. I just lost my Knightley to Spleen cancer. Devastating. They are always there for you come rain or shine. What a gift they share. Take care.

Shebang is, like most, a wonderful dog and this made me dread the day when I, too have to say goodbye to a pet. I can't get away from the fact that some day I will have to say goodbye to my cat Barley. :( his first 4 years of life have gone SO fast and I can only wish the rest of his life isn't just a blur, that I can focus on him properly and won't lose him at a young age. :( When people judge because of breed(continued)

@imissrose123 (continued)of a dog it makes me so angry. I constantly see in the news letters about recent articles and stories of something to do with violence and aggression, and it's always something like a pit bull or a rottweiler or a staffy. On of my best friends has a staffordshire bull terrier (sorry if I get the breed name wrong) and Charlie is honestly one of the sweetest dogs I've ever seen. Every single time, he's come to greet me at the front door, even when I was a stranger to him.

@imissrose123 (continued again sorry i have a lot to say on this matter because it's very important to me i also made a mistake in my 2nd comment that said on, i meant to say one) most of the time the "vicious" or "dangerous" dogs that maul people and attack children are either provoked, or scared and just trying to defend themselves or their owners. Charlie was once so scared of fireworks while everyone was out of the house that he almost clawed through the front door in just under an hour...

She is pretty and has beautiful markings. Sorry for your loss. Dogs just give so much love and loyalty and want to please. They are amazing. You are lucky to have had a dog as loving and happy and sweet as her. She looks like she was a good help around the house!

So sad to loose ones best friend..I too lost my soulmate several years ago .We went away , on the day we returned from our trip our loving pet was strangled...I still dream of my Cirrilo....your had an amazing pet....

Thank you for sharing Shebang with us. I have loved watching her videos - my favourite trick is "Shame" - just the look in her eyes! I bet she enoyed every second of that agility competition. Dogs are just amazing, aren't they?

I almost cried Because I had to let go of my dog as well who was so smart and happy I'm only 13 and I had the dog since i was a year old I was looking for a song and this randomly popped up under my search terms. I'm glad you made this Because it brought back good memories of my dog named Cowboy...
