Mostly good advice! Weight gain from juice starts in infancy, the parents are told to give their babies apple juice in a bottle, and they start drinking it all the time. The whole fruit ALWAYS tastes better anyway.

juice a pineapple, primary cleansing fruit for the liver. the juice is like cream and what is left over is delicious and is a good sweet tv snack.
popcorn maker, dry popcorn, very little cooked oil, it's a carcinogen.
lots of oil poured over your food, keep your system well oiled.
