@RovingLandRover You can make them yourself. The cable and connections can all be found at Lowe's or Home Depot.

@RovingLandRover They are called limb risers. They will deflect tree limbs from hitting your windshield and or wipers causing damage. They're steel cables connected to an ARB bar and the roof rack. Use a turnbuckle to adjust the cable.
