  • Next time hook the bands to a weight on the floor and put the band behind your neck. Makes it 10x harder.

  • neutralzonedk: The bar doesn't come unhooked because I have about 1.5 times my body weight on the bar :) It aint going nowhere!

  • The bands make it easier during the concentric part of the movement yes. I would say it is better to use the bands and be able to use a full range of motion than to simply avoid the exercise due to not being strong enough.

  • don't those bands just make it piss easy?

  • I dont get it, how come the bar doesnt get unhooked when you put negative pressure on it ???

  • its easier if you have it so the bands are tightening as you pull back up rather than if you use the bands to assist you on your way back up...
