A man's goal in life is sex. A woman's goal in life is security. Woman take it as an insult that a man would just want them as an object of affection, even though that is all they're really capable of. The trick though if you're a man is to make them FEEL as though they are more than just that.

That's because things in life are connected even if their connections are distant from each other. But I don't think men realize it and women don't realize men don't realize it so it frustrates us when we try to get men to connect two and two and and the two two's end up adding up to five. And then circular logic never helps but ends up happening anyway.
