Thanks so much for such a great video, will share w friends. But quick question - when u removed for in the histogram what is happening technically? Is it just removing "white" or contrast, something, etc?
I Actually use both. More and more, however, I have been leaning towards Lightroom3. I really like the Upoint technology in CNX. Since Viveza from NIK software became available as a plugin for Lightroom, it does the same thing as CNX. The RAW conversion in CNX is still better though.
Great video but how would you go about tackling the global contrast edits and saturation in the video woud you use the contrast slider or another levels and curves edit .
I'm about to buy a D90, & was wondering which to chose between photoshop elements 8 and capture NX 2 (Which would cost me three times as much)
I've never used any sort of software like this & would prefer which ever is the most easy & intuitive for a beginner .. which would suit me better for basic picture improvements?
This is probably the one of the very Best Tutorials on Capture NX 2 on YouTube or anywhere else - I goes into many great details of Capture in a professional manner - Great Job fazmanicg

This was a Jpeg. Flickr User BallRoomPics put it up on his stream and gave us permission to see what we could do with it.
Appreciate the feedback!
