  • 335i that is.

  • Where did u get ur tail lights

  • Nice video !! Have nothing against 335 owner but to think a 335 can be close in overall performance to a M3 without paying M3 money is just crazy , and even if you get close to M3 performance by saving a couple of thoulsands you steel don't have the beauty , the quality of the interior , the reliability of the M3 and most importantly the resail value ! And by the Way , you can do 460hp on a M3 for less than 2000$ (Turner test pipe and tune) ,try that with your 335 !! ;)

  • I'm just wondering if the road was closed why do you need to brake? what other then that AMAZING race, great video!

  • @1b808 Because the section of the road which was closed was running to an end. Thanks.

  • Ok that 335i isn't stock. Stock on stock m3 eats 335i this video is lame

  • @TmoE39er What's really lame is your comment.

  • beast vid. thats a dam race.

  • @idrift4wd Thanks :)

  • I had a 2007 335i which kicked ass. I raced a M3 Convertible in the mountains and it was fun. Then the 335i started to die and BMW bought it back saying it had high pressure fuel pump problems. Anyway, I asked a tech at BMW WTF should I do now? I can't go to Honda...LOL. He said, get the best. I said, what's that. He said the M. So I got myself a 2010 M3 E90. That was the most fun I had in a car since my 71 Pontiac GTO with a 455 in it. I hear now twin turbo only comes in the 335is. BMW rocks!!

  • Do not fuck with 335i

  • lietuvoj ??????????

  • Awsome video, great video editing and audio.

  • @TacticalHelp Thanks :)

  • Thx 4 fast reply. Default map is map3. I think @ map 7 Racegas is needed. In Switzerland you only get shell vpower 100 so i have to stick to map5. What kind of cooler u've installed ? Greets

  • @Ess0ix With my piggyback maps are not needed (I have 3 of them, though, which can be adjusted according to your needs). I run only on one map as it tunes itself automatically according to fuel quality.

    Helix intercooler.

  • Which m ap are u racing with ?

I'm waiting atm for my cp-e IC/OC and driving on map5. Did u have Meth in this Vid ? Greets from CH

  • @Ess0ix That was long time ago, I really don't remember which map it was :) Definitely not autotune one. No meth.

    Cheers.

  • americans wish there v8's sounded like the m3 @ 0:20

  • @myuzz sorry but americans make the best sounding v8's. our v6/v10's sound like shit though

  • @denali22 opfer...

  • @denali22 american motors are shit engineering

    big motors zero power

  • @orduluilker yeah thats why our 5.0 mustang takes the e92 m3 around the nur. ring? get with the times bro, american cars can handle and deliver power. stop living in the past.

  • @denali22 you live in the past

look at the economy we dont need big shit v8

    look at nissan the GTR

it has a V6 Motor and its faster than the most v8 and faster than a few v10 motors

  • @denali22 sorry man the rs4 4.2 is the best sounding v8

  • Wow! Lol You guys are NUTS! I'd never win that race cause my balls shrink above 150 mph...I would've backed off. So MADD props to you guys for taking in to the limit. And in the end both cars are basically dead even. Great vid!!!

  • @izzyrich

They only went up to 150

  • Plus the 335i doesn't have FAKE cosmetic bits to distinguish its extra $20k cost over a E92 335i like the M3 does, but the M3's wide wheel flares and driver feedback/handling is to die for. I almost forgot about the V8 sound. That is a big part of that ///M3 experience.

The 335i is the tuner's car though...thats why I own one.

$500 Methanol and $379 JB3 and you are matching keeping up with tuned ECU c63s watch?v=Fbox7Z-S0v4

  • 335i can brag only when modded how about stock vs stock or modded vs modded and lets see the M3 assrape the 335i

  • @kay19833 How about you shut the fck up and stop posting same sht on every video?

  • @edo888LT hahahaha made my day thumbs up

  • what's your top speed?

  • @Jd3211 See my other vids and you'll find that out ;)

  • this is not faked! it perfectly fits the differences in torque and powercurves related to gear ratios. That´s why the 335i pulls in short after a gearshift and that´s why the m3 pulls and gains at the end of it´s powercurve just before he has to shift.

    thanks for sharing this video.

  • nice vid. good camera work...and the drivers went balls out. love it!

  • love the 335i, cant wait for the 335is. Nice runs.

  • lol at the back and forth racing

  • nice battle :)

both cars are suberb but the m3 is more a luxery tracktool while the 335i with some tuning is a very explosive car already at +-2500rpm while the m3 got more rev the higher he goes. For the tuners the 335i should be the choice, for who want the 3 series best suited for regular track use with the best bmw got to offer the m3 is the best choice.

    i love ' em both

  • That race was so staged. 335 in lead, then the m3,even, then the 335, then m3 again. BS

  • LOL. OK, if only that makes you feel better :D

  • @SimpsonvilleRecords Its all about the powerband my friend

  • You never raced then both cars have different power band m3 will always jump ahead first just it it has instant power where 335i needs to spool turbo to make power then every time 335i shifts need to build boost back up.

  • how many hp have the 335i ? thanks

  • ~400. I haven't dynoed it yet. Plus it was stage 2 then, now it is stage 3.

  • 300

  • LOL

  • WOW, thats 1st race was sick

  • haha feel stupid driving that m3 now...

  • Nice rides. Quick too. I am most likely going to buy a 2007-2008 335i coupe with 15-25k miles for about $26k. Like the man said, throw about 2-3k on it in mods and you have a monster. Truth is, most of us will never set foot on a race track, sadly. so 335i is better money spent.

  • It's the same !

  • edo99lt >> was going on bro .. i was actually thinking about getting a m3 2009used but idk if i should get 335i 2010brand new .. both sedans though .. what do u reccomend ??

  • Well, it's a difficult question.

    Depends on many factors.

M3 is more a race track car - sharper, stiffer, more hardcore. 335i is a nicer car for everyday use. At least for me. Low end torque makes it much more driveable in various conditions.

1k USD and the 335i will be as fast as M3. 2,5k USD and you'll destroy M3 in a straight line. If you want the 335i to be as quick as M3 on a track, you'll have to spend more on suspension.

  • alright thanks for the response bro i appreciate it .. so what do you recommend i should do if i get the 335i .. like what should i get regular suspension or sport suspension .. and whats 1k USD or 2,5k USD .. how would i make it faster ..

  • Get 335i with a sport package. I'd also get an M kit - looks much better.

1k usd - a piggyback (like JB3 or Vishnu) or a reflash (Giac and other) plus air intake. The rest (1,5k) - catless downpipes, intercooler, oil cooler.

If your're looking for max power, I'd also recommend to get catless exhaust, maybe meth kit.

Oh, and with all the power LSD is one of the must to have mods.

  • thanks bro let me know if you have an email .. you can definitely be my coach .. if you dont mind bro .. take care ttys

  • The 335i, and 135i, are the best deals for the serious enthusiast. Absolutely top notch European performance cars for a very good price. One thing though, that V8 sound in the M3 is intoxicating!

  • Very nice. I can't believe BMW made the 335 (E92) so close in performance to the older M3 (E46). Yes, upgraded but stock 335 numbers are what E46 M3's used to be. Amazing. Good race.

  • Dear M3 buyers,

    FAIL.

  • Dear 335i owners.

Try a track day. The M3 was and always will be designed to be a track weapon. Not a straight line terror.

  • Dear Viking,

you don't have to defent your or M3 owners' honour. All this video shows is straight line performance.

Personally I care about it 1000 times more than how it performs on a track as 99,9% of my driving is on streets.

P.S. 1k EUR on suspension mods and I would really love to see how a tuned 335i does against M3 on a track.

  • I drive a GTI. lol and I just don't like people making ignorant blanket statements.

1k euro would get you a decent set of coil-overs. What about brakes, swaybars, and tires?

  • 1k euro would be enough to buy a set of coils and swaybars. I'm not talking about KW V3, of course. Brakes of 335i are pretty good. Tires?.. LOL

  • Look all i'm saying is you have to mod that 335i a pretty good amount just to get it up to the level of the M3.

I'm not being a fan boy at all! Trust me if i could afford a 135i I would be driving one right now. lol

  • This has already been tested. A tuned 335i with tuned suspension etc vs teh M3 a the track and the M3 still performed better with less body roll. However, on the street you really cant tell the diference...oh and a V3 335i with an exhaust can beat any stock M3...the JB3 tune costs $350...yes, thats it. Refer back to my initial statement please. FAIL!

  • And there is the ignorant blanket statement again.

  • yeah...comming from a guy who never had either one is a FAIL......you can put a fucking turbo in a little honda civic and have it blow past a ferrari nothing special here....both cars are nice and the M3 is the clear emotional winner in looks and performance...i wouldnt trade my m3 for anything wiht a fucking "chip" in it.

  • Thanks for you "unbiased" opinion. LOL

All these posts make me laugh....

Once again - all this video shows is straight line performance. There's no hidden meaning, thoughts. Period.

M3 is a better car for track days, 335i - a better daily driver (personally for me). I love the torque, it makes driving much more pleasant.

You wouldnt trade your m3 for anything wiht a "chip" in it? Ok, LOL. I would. For example, GTR R35.

  • Nice, I didn't know you knew what I drive. Anyways, you're an idiot. Anything with a chip in it, huh? anything can be chipped, including your M3...btw, now that you mention honda civics...dont you have about the same torque as these ricers? LOL FAIL....true, your M3 is so emotional...fag, rather spend my Gs on something better...even if its a used better car, much better acquisition. I'll blow your doors off, in looks, track and of course--straightline. Suck a dick kid.

  • Top 5 best races I've ever seen on youtube! Thanks for the awesome vid!!

  • Thanks :) And you're welcome. :)

  • nice races!

    how many hp has 335i?

  • Thanks. It had ~400hp (crank), now it has more.

  • im not surprised that 335i is so fast it has bi turbo :) i gives you alot of power and allmost no lag. but m3 is beter:)

  • stock m3 back stick driver... however 335 had stick too but i think he drove better than the m3 guy, try smg vs dct next time i bet smg wins

  • wait to go 290km/h that nguy must of chipped the ECU rite cauz its limited to 155 mph

  • If you're talking about the M3, it came delimited out of the factory. The owner insisted on it.

  • no haha im talking about the 335i? can that be delimited or u have to change the ECU?

  • I have a piggyback wich delimits

  • wow thats a nice road, wide open and pure straight..

    good run bros!

  • you can tell that the M3 driver didn't know how to drive..

  • nice vid....to those who question the closed road, its like racing in mexico....or a disclaimer.

  • What all mods on the 335?

  • Vishnu, DPs, IC, DCI

  • is the M3 manual, what mods on it and did u race with stock duble clutch M3

  • unbelevable...

    I like M3

  • slapukai , road closed :DDDD nu nu - turbut jusu KP stebi ir galvoja kaip cia prigavus :)

  • Tegul galvoja. Jie net nezino, kuriam mieste/saly viskas vyko. Juoba, kaip ir rasiau, ta kelio atkarpa buvo uzdaryta :)

  • :PPPP

  • 335i had to brake on a closed road ^^ be serious

  • All closed roads are endless?

  • kazkaip idomiai "tamposi" viena su kita. Kas slepiasi po slight ir tuned? ;)

  • Drop in filter + deleted secondary cats.

  • Great buddy! Eventhough I have a M3 E92, I have to admit that tuned 335 ROCKs!!

  • Thanks :)

  • I have a 335i I love it, M3 rocks better dough but not for $30,000 more.
