You can use a PS3 controller via bluetooth too using motioninjoy....cloning a xbox 360 controller.....Thats what i have....I dont like the xbox feel so i use ps3 controller instead...

@patrutiss many games lock the controller so only an xbox360 controller can play the game..if you choose to fool the game and unlock it (like i did) you have to deal with the Xbox360 Quick Time Event buttons during fights..i have died so many times not knowing which button to press at my ps2 controller when the Y button appeared on the screen :P....

I can't tell which part of this video has ubersampling enabled and/or disabled. It all looks the same to me and the framerate looks the same to me too. And I watched the whole video too. It would have been helpful to put captions saying when it is on and when it is off. Great video, though.
@FluttershyXxXx when i recorded this ,i was a beginner ,never played htese kind of rpg games only shooters and resident evil games ..,so i did not know how to combine things to make bombs,traps etc ,i recorded this for Performance evaluation,the truth of the matter is that "ubersampling" can be turned ON in high gpu`s in crossfire on single gpu the movements are choppy .
altough ubersampling make a difference its not worth sacrificing ur performance. even with my highly rigged pc with dual 560ti's i lose half the fps from 60fps to 30fps when ubersampling is on...
@Denu85 of course i nearly made this video to show performance with ubersampling i did not played the game with ubersampling enabled....for that i would have needed crossfire or dual gpu solution ..
that makes no sense. I have 4 gigs of ram, an i5-750, and a 560 Ti and I can run it just about as well as the guy in this video does. It may be that the code is better optimized for Nividia cards but i still think you should be able to run it great with a rig like yours.

@TheMustardPimp Skyrim is basically a DX9 game using DX10 and DX11 features solely for performance improvements. So you don't need a high end PC in order to play Skyrim. As long as you own a newer videocard, I suggest not to buy a new one before the introduction of DX12.
uber sampling looks amazing i got everything maxed @1920x1080 except for a few settings which i find repulsive (bloom etc) and get around 34fps btw why would you have Vsync on that would be counter productive in this situation
@stanthecanadianman actually v-sync off or on does not make any difference while recording most games on my hardware ,maybe on oc machines or newer cpu`s has an positive impact but not in my case..
@patrutiss i mean unless you are getting 70-90fps (like my self so my one card jumps up to 85 ish degrees because its rendering unneeded frames) there is no real point to having vsync on its not worth the head ache it can be counter productive if you do not meet the your refresh rate etc

your graphics card on the laptop is shared memory. thats what bottlenecking your FPS. lower your resolution to 720 and turn AA to X4, turn off SSAO, turn off bloom, turn off Uber sample. Set Memory Size to low.
You cant run games on laptops unless it has dedicated ram for the cpu and dedicated ram for the graphics card. spending $1900 is waste of money on that laptop, you got ripped off. Go buy the ASUS laptops that has dedicated graphics card and GPU memory.

@007Dirtrider a mobility gtx 460M is equal to a desktops gts 450 which is a midrange card , it cant max out witcher 2 with ubersampling , heck a gtx 580 struggles with ubersampling :P

@lukavid123 It's intended for only the very highest end of hardware GTX 590 and HD 6990 ect. Essentially what it does is render the scene multiple times in order to give the sharpest, most crisp and clean picture possible.
@lorddemon098 2x 6990 or 2x590 or 3x580 can handle ubersampling On at 60fps ,with vsync ON and the very highest settings,best bet 4 high end gpu`s can handle ubersampling at 60fps constant..or higher for those who need it more fps than 60 if vsync is off

Never rely on laptops when it comes to gaming... That's the problem in your case. also if you have ubersampling on, turn it off.

your graphics card on the laptop is shared memory. thats what bottlenecking your FPS. lower your resolution to 720 and turn AA to X4, turn off SSAO, turn off bloom, turn off Uber sample. Set Memory Size to low.
You cant run games on laptops unless it has dedicated ram for the cpu and dedicated ram for the graphics card. spending $1900 is waste of money on that laptop, you got ripped off. Go buy the ASUS laptops that has dedicated graphics card and GPU memory.

No,lol,I got 1.5GB Dedicated graphic card on GPU memory and an extra 3GB Shared and so total 4.5GB.So 1.5GB video memory is way too good.I think yours have 1GB Dedicated.

@007Dirtrider a mobility gtx 460M is equal to a desktops gts 450 which is a midrange card , it cant max out witcher 2 with ubersampling , heck a gtx 580 struggles with ubersampling :P

@007Dirtrider dude, for the amount of money you spent for that laptop, which btw are no good for gaming, you could have bought pc parts and build a pc that would have been at least 2 times better than ur laptop. i just googled it TWO FUCKING GRAND! if you dont travel while gaming you just bought a way overpriced machine. a pc for that money would eat it alive.

I run it everything maxed out witout Uber Sampling and AAI 25FPS 1680-945Res,
When i put Res 1280-720 it comes Hard 41FPS to 48 FPS.

Which is not enoguh to max out the game, you'll have to lower some settings.

What the fuck is wrong with ubersampling? what machines did they use to test this weak crap??? it gives NONE graphic look at all ( for me it looks better without it) ... did they use 3xsli 590gtx or why is the game so demanding on graphic? i can't believe... 3x590gtx is like a power plant;/ it needs about 600 watts at load ? like 6 old bulbs...

@g0rb4k it actually gives the game a MAJOR graphical update it renders what you see on screen 3 times instead of one making everything sharper/blend together look at Geralts hair with Uber on and with it off its simply amazing i can run this game with uber on good enough for my self with 2 6950s FYI

I played this game through on Ultra on my HD4870 at like 20fps xD.
I don't find it that bad, The only thing I need frames for is shooters personally.

@lukavid123 It's intended for only the very highest end of hardware GTX 590 and HD 6990 ect. Essentially what it does is render the scene multiple times in order to give the sharpest, most crisp and clean picture possible.

@lorddemon098 2x 6990 or 2x590 or 3x580 can handle ubersampling On at 60fps ,with vsync ON and the very highest settings,best bet 4 high end gpu`s can handle ubersampling at 60fps constant..or higher for those who need it more fps than 60 if vsync is off
