Hey brother, I've been going through this for the past three weeks. Just this morning I had a dream as well and in the dream I started having a spasm and I woke up and was about to call 911 I waited it out. Feels like my heart is spasing out. I have to wait one week for holter monitor results to come back. Please share with us how your doing, this would be very important for those who are faced with this scary heart spasms. My name is Ron and all my life I have had Palpitation's and the Doc. told me it was normal but as time passed it got worse and now I have to get a pacemaker because my heart stop's but it started when I was 19 and with a short PAC as I aged it got worse and I started to have PAC'S and SVT'S and it put my Heart under stress if u are having the pac and pve dont stop find a DOC. that will help also use a recording devise to catch the sound of the heart for back up but do get help.

Also, I sometimes get a fluttering feeling in my chest for a split second, sometimes repeatedly when exercising. I feel my pulse and it's normal, so is this even an arrtyhmia? I should mention that I haven't exercised aerobically in months.

I have read that natural iodine, such as that found in sea vegetables, normalizes heart arrthymias. That anti arrthmia drug, amadoriane, is an iodine-based one.

I have something like this.... My heart will race/skip beats/pounds and I have chest pain and head aches. Did you have any of these with SVT? I am currently 16 and wandering what could cause this to happen for a person as young as me.

I have/had svt. I had the ablation done because i was getting attacks almost everyday. The edenosine suckkksss. I hope you are alright and just wanted to say i know what your going through.
