looked pretty good, have to agree with most posters that the guy in the lambo just does not know how to drive around a track. The VW driver however, was pretty smooth around most corners, entrance was almost always perfect, only in a few cases, the exit was too harsh, a bit less on the throttle when exiting the corner. You should not put your foot down the peddle, unless you are sure you wont have to take it off again when going out of the corner. this will improve laptimes.

The Murcielago has a fat ass, and the R32 can climb right up it in the turns. The only advantage the Murcie has against the R32, is it's flat out straight speed. , but when it comes to turns and power out, the rear drive fat ass loses, the front will tote it around quite nicely.

@Gretsche87 I agree, coming down the front straight going into turn 1 says it all, notice how quickly the R32 gained on the Murcie starting at 1:14 in the video, he closed a 40 length gap going in, which tells me the Murc was breaking way way too soon, not to brag but I would have been halfway into turn 2 even before the R32 hit turn 1 if I had that kind of lead down the front straight with that car. Bottom line you a 270,000 dollar car won't make you a great driver.

As a VW owner I have to point out that the GTI did NOT "gained" at 1:14 as you stated: The dork in the Lambo braked too hard and too early before entering the chicane, so he "losted" distance to the VW. There's a difference here: The merit of the Goff driver is that he took the corners correctly most of the time, but the demerit of the Lambo driver is what really narrowed the distance between both cars at that single point.

I think if you went out and bought a old porsche or something along those lines or even twin turbocharged that .:R32 you would smoke alot of highend cars on a track. twin turbocharged .:R32 with a few other mods can put out 750 bhp. take that into consideration when looking at this kind of stuff. plus all those high end super cars dont put as much power as some modded cars like .:R32 but the weight from the carbon fiber makes up for it.

I had a 1985.5 porsche 944. 2.5L N/A. 2,650-2,700 lbs. Front mount engine, mid- transmission with RWD and Toyo V rated tires. Nothing special about it like mods or turbo.

I would tear Si's, Mazdaspeed6's, miatas, and many other cars up on the track. modded GTIs on the track are really nasty though and put up a good fight.

Best track car you could ever buy is a 944 or 951. I sold mine for $1,200 a year ago and it had no problems.

I have a 2008 R32, red and, apart that I understand supercharging your car, I believe that there' enough power and torque from the 3.2L V6. I'm a true believer of original cars...but 375hp sounds pretty interesting...not for my though!! Any way. lamborghini murc also has 12 cylinders with 6.5l of displacement and four valves per cylinder and 640hp. a vr6 r32 has 3.2l of displacement, six cylinders and four valves and a supercharger w/ 375 horses

I think the r32 held up quite nicely considering the numbers.
