This was only the beta version. The live version of the dialogue is much better. He is definately the funniest quest giver in the early game at least.

Royo = funniest quest giver on Tortage. His dialog for Genzio's quest is even funnier! Talk to men who smell fruity and "Go and do the thing... with the guy", hello subtext.

I think the voice acting was horrible on the captain but decent on the drunk. I guess the voice acting varies.

It varies from NPC to NPC. some suck like this one and some are really great.(I'm not in beta i just have contacts ;D)
