U have a good stroke but let me give you some tips bro ..

1.- Bends your knees a little bit.

2.-Your backhand trie to make it look more like if you where trowing a freesbee

3.- Left hand is only used for balance.. never for touching the paddle XP ..

4.-Go forward in your hit ,never up.(u will hurt your shoulder)

Hey Dude, if you are going to have a set up like that, then you really need to consider taking some lessons from a pro.. Your stance needs improvement, you are not turning your shoulders enough and your feet movements need work...

Not bad. Your technique isnt that good but its not working too badly for you. You might want to stop holding your bat after every shot.
