Ok,heres the truth about this,he is made out of a very rare singing fish called ''Billy Mouth'',All he is that they painted the skin white and spray painted the top of him orange and a couple of dots on the bottom of the body and they,changed the circuit and spray painted the name plate red and put chinese symbols on the name plate,thats simple as that,lol:)
