No you will not...

For example my config is:

i7 820 at 2,86 MHz

8gb RAM at 1600 MHz

Nvidia 285 GTX

HDD velociraptor at 10.000 rounds/minute

And with a PMDG over an Aerosoft scenery with REX and UTX, I have no more than 20 FPS... With the FSX settings at 3/4...

So with your config you will have 15 FPS...

Well, i knew it would not be that good. I tried the demo before I activated it, and from experience I knew that it needed a big computer. There was some glitches here and there, but, I guess I'll move on.

Also, his CPU probably performs better on FSX than yours because FSX was being developed in 2003 when only single core processors were in use by gamers.

How would FSX run on this computer? I currently have it running on the shittiest computer ever with like 1.6ghz single core and 64mb radeon 9600 but here is the computer I'm getting.

AMD Phenom 9550 Quad Core 2.2ghz

4gb ram ddr2 (assuming at 600mhz)

ATI Radeon 3650 512mb

Vista Home Premium

1440x900 resolution

Only 2.1 sound so don't think it'll eat up much processor for that.

Bone stock besides weather enhancements, you just have to know how to tweak the sim and comp to it's fullest.

Forgot to add, FSX in HEAVILY CPU dependent, so having 2 of the 9800's wont help unless you have the cpu and ram to back it up. FSX doesn't like SLI as well. Yu wont see what those cards can do until your in the 3.2-3.6ghz range with a quad.
