I am not a fan of Eastern music. I absotlutely love the Beatles, Kinks, Smiths, Velvet Underground, Dylan, Stone Roses, Brian Wilson, Marvin Gaye, Bowie, Jam, Gram Parsons, Rolling Stones, Pulp, Blur, Oasis. Nusrat, however, is a revelation. For me he is up there with my Beatles & Stones. Even though I don't understand most of what he says, his music is heavenly.
