repubic services is fucked up i was good enough to be on there truck for 9 months as a temp but when i applied for a job i was denied employment because i have felonys from 4 years ago Fuck you republic services

Republic Services is a CHEAP company who does not properly upkeep on their equipment or employ qualified mechanics. I was employed as a mechanic and no one knew how to perform the necessary safety checks to the brake systems. These same employees check off items on the service records that were never inspected and I certainly will not sign off on these documents without due diligence. I started writing the known defects on the service records and then another mechanic started signing off on them

OH YEAH! Sure wish they had some tallent around here. We have only had recycling service here for 3 months and they forgot my recycling twice already. I am currently sitting on 3 weeks of garbage. I called the local office and they as much as called me a liar and I didn't have it out in time. I filled a formal complaint and They called me a liar aswell. Congradulations on you new piss poor customer service.

Oh- and to add. We are the lowest paid in Central Florida. There are companies starting out more then what some of our drivers with 7 years are making-- and told it will get better and we're doing a great job.

Yeah,well. I have seen nothing good from this. Maybe just my Depot anyway. We're not allowed to talk about raises except the COLA that they say is our raise. They also hire from outside. And as an employee- we never say this video.

so will the trucks painted with allied and other painted with republic colors stay that way? or will there be another paint scheme they will all share? just curious thnx
