    Inverted Military press ups. AGAINST the wall, no bent back and TBH probably not REALLY necessary anyway. There are many ways to exercise your upper body without having the blood rush to your head!!!!

  • i wanna see you do them off the wall... when you put your hands that far away from the wall, it is bad for your lower spine, because your back tends to fall infront of your head. this is also bad for balace. which is crucial to do them free standing..... for the wall handstandpushups you put your hands about 5 cm away from the wall, that way your body stays straight, now focus on this balance as you are going up and down, keep your centre of gravity. also do this exercise slow to focus on tensio

  • lol i tried this. but im 6'4 and have balancing problems...any tips that could help me balance better when i do this? and I HAVE tried this up to a wall..i seem to jus bounce back off lol. or im jus doing it wrong.

  • takes practice, try putting your hands a little further from the wall. hold the handstand for as long as you can. youll get used to it... once you can hold it for like 60 seconds on the wall, then you should start doing it without the wall.

  • weight on your feet practice getting your feet up there once you fell you've acheived a sturdy amount of time against the wall take them off and reattempt the weight lost will make it fell effortless...

  • i like the tip mate, thanks alot. i never realised that by simply moving your hands further away from the door/wall and by increasing the distance that you can increase your balance so much. this will prove very helpful for my continuing training.

    p.s. fuck some of those stupid comments below.

  • The way he shows uses mostly back muscle, i also suggest doing those with your face facing the wall for a beter triceps workout -that way you will be ready for freestastanding handstand p-ups
