So, Graham doesn't subscribe to Identity Politics.

Why should he? He believe that he represents the interests of the Majority racial and cultural group in America.

Most of his constituents seem to want that Majority defended against any political inroads by other Americans from other racial and ethnic groups...otherwise they wouldn't rally to re-elect him. Either that, or his local GOP machine is successful at disenfranchising enough minority voters in their Congregational districts.
