@swampprepper I spoke with the owner of CZ USA and he told me there currently are no plans to bring the rifle into the US. They would have to manufacture enough parts here to make it US compliant, it's not a simple matter of just importing it. He said it wasn't out of the realm of possibilities, but there are no current plans.

Is the Scorpion just a regular straight blowback open bolt or does it lockup?

I am not a fan of "bang fire"(straight blowback) subguns as they are usually overweight for caliber, have a "stuttering" cycle impulse and are smoky due to all the gas and trash coming out the ejection port with the spent case.
