Just read Mathew and see the glaring errors in history, geography, prophecy and miss-translation. Then compare Mathew with the other gospells...numerous inconsistencies. The four authors could not agree on the story despite it being 'divine'! So then in 325AD they took a vote! What a pile of crap.

You creep me out, Dr. Brown. I'm from the EU and the way many of you in the US go about religion, that is: focusing on raising fear in those who listen, seems to me just very wrong. You bully people into believing. To me (and I'm sure many others) this has the opposite effect. I just want to leave. (I'm referring here to your use of music, visuals and editing, and if they stand in some way for the way you practise your religion, I have only one word for them: manipulative.)

@spimpernel First off- Dr. Brown only spoke these words, he did not make the video. He had nothing to do with making this video.

Second, the words won't mean anything to someone who doesn't have a relationship with Jesus. They weren't meant for someone who doesn't have that. This was said for those who love Jesus and love others. Because if you love someone, do you waste your life living for yourself? Or do you use your time for those you love? I want to use my time for those I love.

Thanks for the kind recommendation. I already own 4 volumes of "Answering Jewish Objections To Jesus." And they are great. Every Christian should own them. No other apologetic gets into the level of detail of the 20+ common objections Orthodox Jews have than Dr. Brown. Christian apologetics are certainly lacking in this area. I can't wait for the fifth volume that may come out this year!

Spring 2008, my wife of 11 years, met he at church, served faithfully together, says she is having a crisis of faith and our marriage is in trouble. I do what I can, support her search, things seem to be getting better, then she has an affair with a woman who we have been helping out for four years. She leaves me in January, the woman is moving in with her in May. We have a five year old son. I am so down. Please pray. Don't know what to do. Going after Him seems pointless. God have mercy on us.
