All joking aside Ramada Maharshi talked about a continual practice of self evaluation which is comparable to this scientist’s approach to dealing with depression. IE Asking yourself the question ‘Who Am I' without answering it. Like a Zen question that can’t be answered. Ramada Maharshi was an Idian Guru who was made famous by his understandings. I apologize if my wording offends any scientific thinkers but my take is that these theories move towards the spiritual dimension.

i recall being around 3-4 years old and first becoming consciously aware, looking at the wallpaper, the closet, the hallway, my mothers skirt ... and thinking, questioning, pondering : what is this? why is this? what am i ? what are we? why are we? my first conclusion was that i was/we were someone else's dream - that there was a "great big someone or something out there" that was thinking of me , dreaming of me, and therefore "i was/i am".

So he looked up solipsism and decided to apply it to physics and throw in duality ethics. There's ten minuets left in this review, and now he's throwing up moral distractions. NOT one scientific proof, just self-help psychobabble. No experiments, studies, equations; some old jargon. I saw an orb during this interview. It's at 7:09, it's very fast and hard to catch. Just as the doctor is says "Light" it streaks in from the left just above his shoulder. When you play it a regular speed it looks like a small flash. I was able to stop the video just as it's entering the frame. Very cool......and thanks Lilou.....you are amazing and beautiful! Dr Wolf''s questioning technique reminded me of Sri Ramana Maharshi's "whom am I?" system of self-enquiry. This shows how scientists are slowly but surely beginning to validate what mystics have always known about the true nature of reality.
