I don't like videos easily, but this video deserves a like. Well done. Still looking for effective blocks against side thrust kicks, spinning kicks, axe kicks or uppercuts. Any ideas?
I'm curious which Martial Art you're teaching. From the techniques shown, I would say it's clearly Muay Thai. Yet the uniforms and belts threw me. They look like WTF style TaeKwon-Do doboks, except for the coloring and the short sleeves. Plus, I've never known Muay Thai practitioners to use a Karate/TKD style belt ranking system either.
its probably a subsystem of some korean style. there are hundreds of korean styles all based off of soobak, an earlier term for taekkyon. tkd is just a modern sport created for the national pride of korea. it is a misconseption that muay tai is the only stlye that looks this way. even though basics are taught differently in every style. the advanced stuff in all styles almost all look the same, what works for some works for all, right. so I would guess that its a korean art. but i dont rlly know

Is this considered a mixed martial arts school?
