man those signs mean about as much as the ones on the doors on the side of pine. Nobody gives a two shit where you smoke to be honest, you may get the occasional douche's that may say something but their not gonna make it a priority to do something about it. A women told me i couldnt smoke next to one of the female dorms even though it was literally pouring down raining and i told her im sorry to hear that but i wasnt putting it out, she just left me alone

100 feet is ridiculous. True people should not crowd outside of a building; however, 100ft could easily create problems in areas where two buildings are close to each other. This could then indirectly ban smoking on a campus. Who is to say what is right? If somebody wants to smoke, let them damage their body--and let us know that 2nd hand smoke outdoors is not going to give you cancer.
