You can only attack in groups that include exactly one of every unit available from that production building. If you want to attack from a gateway, your units must be grouped as 1 HT, 1 DT, 1 Zeal, 1 Stalker, 1 Sentry. And so on.

I hav an idea. This works best for Terran but works for Protoss as well.

Jeff is to only make 2 of each structures except supply structures. At any pt, he can only hav two of a same building. This applies to nexii, refineries, turrets and add ons. Only pylon and supply depots r exception. So if he want second expansion as Protoss, he need to destroy the one in his main or sth. Pfs, CCs and orbitals count as same structure and u can only hav two total.

My suggestion

1st : Jeff is only allow to counter attack and the only things he can counter attack is structures and drones/probes/SCV

2nd : Everything Jeff does at a protoss is within the range of plyons (attacking, defending even build more nexus) expect mining

3rd : if Jeff is playing a zerg he can only attack things on his creep
