  • Mozart, gênio da humanidade.

  • that was breath taking....simply beautiful, i have great admiration for your choir

  • This i Napoleon total war music!!! It is realy beautiful! Greeting from Germany and respeckt to my austrian brother mozart!

  • i want this to be played at my funeral

  • oh, that was hard to sing, I remember ...

  • The beauty of choir........aweeeesome!!!

  • Lacrimosa

    Lacrimosa dies illa

    Qua resurget ex favilla

    Judicandus homo reus.

    Huic ergo parce, Deus

    Pie Jesu Domine

    Dona eis requiem, Amen.

  • i always go into a trance when i hear mozart. its kinda cool--i wanna buy that cd with all his music!

bad, very bad, if you can´t manage it, don´t do it!

  • I think the Requiem is a very very hard piece but also beautifuler than any other, the fact is that the speed should be not that fast so you can hear the details and the beauty of each part of the chorus and the orchestra, but also not that slow in order to catch the hole Requiem as a complete piece and also increase the magnificent details that can only be heard in a constant speed, personally I don´t like in this speed. Was I clear??

  • Unless you have video of you conducting an choir that does it better, shut the F.... up.

  • pomponi0

You can listen your Techno crap! this music is for soul, not for Beer or Red Bull

  • Dude this music is truly awesome... you can feel the power it has in it when you hear it, something you can hardly do with today's music :)

  • omg i love it O_O

  • ffs

  • A QUE MUSICA OTIMA...ACALMA OS NERVOS

  • you guys should hear death of balance from symphony x

  • amazing band that

  • youre seriously comparing that to a requiem that was composed on mozarts death bed? i dont even like mozart i think hes rather dull but his requiem remains a work on genius.

  • i wasn't comparing. just suggesting. l2 read

  • 00:54 ?

  • aaahh i love Mozart!!!! i wish he'd come back to life and never stop composing!!! O.O lolol i know that's silly, but thats how much i love Mozart!!

  • 4:39 my fav part !

  • Magnifique!

  • i love this song so much !

  • i love this song!

    we're singing thissssssssssss

  • Espectacular. Increible.

  • sublime

  • I'm doing this song right now in school. Very cool

  • i did this song in middle school without papers and we got a silver. very hard song

  • Good for you.

Is it just me, or are you really calling Domine Jesu and Lacrimosa "songs"?

  • more like masterpieces

  • adevarat.:)

  • told it befoore ..will say it again.....u can't upgrade perfection........i respect amy lee...but.........know what i mean!

    "you know"

  • My god!! So perfect!! (By the way, Michael Romeo from Symphony X ripped off Lacrymosa on a song from V: The New Mythology Suite, it surprised me when I found it out. I am so proud!)

  • Ja ja well but in other way, sometimes is lame for these progressive metal groups to add some parts of classical music because you can get disappointed xD specially symphony X, they have a song with a very very nice guitar solo but then I listen to the same melody in a Bach's Fugue jaja ... I was disappointed

  • we have to sing this in highschool

  • "aaaahahahhahahahhahahahhahahahhahahaha"

Your laugth never die Her Mozart

  • what movie is this from?

  • the big lebowski

  • i dont have words

  • What great acoustics that auditorium has to come off like that on youtube sounds a small place though still whether the design was fluke or what its great, hear the power of the human voice and the clarity of the violin.

  • I can't amagion what Mozart was going through wen he wrote his Requiem. (Tears)

  • legand says he gone alittle insane in his late years... thinking way too much (about music)beyond normal people's mind perhaps like many prodigies.

  • Wish Mozart was alive today lolz. Teach People about "True" Music.

  • also remember, he was dying as he was writing this. too bad he never finished it. would've liked to hear what he had in store for the rest of the Requiem Mass.

  • I would have like to see what he wanted next for his Requiem as well.

  • Mozart was writing "The Magic Flute" at the same time that he wrote his Requiem. Random fact but yea... Its weird when you compare the two. lmao

  • he did finish it.

    well kinda.

the person that helped him write it finished it by looking at his notes after he died

  • that person was actually a few people, and they were his closest students.

  • I know, it is horrible to think about

  • very interesting, the domine jesu christe is conducted in an actually very slow pace here. i think it strikes out very important parts of the movement like "quam olim abrahae"...but where is the hostias??? that's one of the moust beautiful parts of it!

  • Hostias is a different movement. There is a separate video for that. YouTube has size limits on how long a video can be. You can't have the whole Requiem on one video.

  • @wampl I agree - when my choral society does the Requiem, we always do Domine Jesu Christe at what you might call "a fair old lick" - faster than this anyway. It DOES include "Quam olim abrahae" and as ottyott says, Hostias is a separate movement with a reprise of "Quam olim abrahae" at the end - which makes it easy to rehearse as you do pretty much the same thing all over again!

  • @wampl Haha I thought the same thing when I saw this in concert, but the "Quam Olim Abrahae" is repeated both in the Domine Jesu, like here, and later in the the Hostias.

  • You can just see Mozart in his last moment...

    This piece is so amazing.

  • Lacrimosa is an absolutely beautiful piece. It brings you down and then soothes you, and sends you right back down.

  • Domine Jesu Christe qui tollis peccata mundi!

  • very nice work!

  • very good! congratulations

  • Very nice, well done!

  • My high school choir sung the lacrymosa.. it was amazing , we took it to competiton for the past 2 years and got state and grand champions

  • amazing.....
