If "nobody wants" (i.e. the banks don't want to have to deal with) mountains of bank-owned homes, then the banks should not have made loans to those who could not afford to repay them... and the government should not have forced them to make loans that were against their own interests.
Home values are still too high and still should fall another 30-60%.
This is what happens when the government forces private business to become deputized as part of some utopian social engineering scheme.
There are three pundits there living in the short term, not seeing the bigger picture and just being loud.
Then there is one low voiced investor not making excessive hand gestures and sitting completly still and calm beeing 3, 5 even 10 years ahead of the rest.
I've started long term investing in a number of mining and non-us companies which give good dividends, Peter Schiff is my new idol.
The two bulls are so fuckin' loud, I have to turn down the volume when they open their pie hole. Sensationalist empty suits. I wouldn't trust them with one thin dime of my money to invest.
Rational thinkers may not make for the most entertaining talk, but I watch investment news trying to make money, not be entertained.
